Social Media Management Intern

Nextevolvion is looking for a Junior Social Media Executive to help manage and grow the social media presence of our company and projects. We are looking for someone who already understands the basics of social media management and has some practical exposure, whether through managing personal pages, freelance work, client projects, previous jobs, or independent projects. This is not a role where one person is expected to become a designer, videographer, copywriter, advertiser, and marketing manager at the same time. Your primary focus will be social media planning, execution, research, coordination, and performance tracking. You will work closely with the marketing, content, and design teams while gradually developing your understanding of how social media contributes to brand and business growth.

• Manage assigned social media platforms
• Plan and maintain content calendars
• Research trends, competitors, audiences, and content ideas
• Coordinate with designers and content writers
• Prepare captions, posts, and publishing schedules
• Publish and schedule approved content
• Monitor relevant engagement and interactions
• Track content performance
• Prepare basic reports and observations
• Help identify what content is working and areas for improvement

• Understanding of major social media platforms
• Basic knowledge of content planning and scheduling
• Understanding of different content formats and audiences
• Ability to research trends and competitors
• Good written communication skills
• Basic understanding of engagement and social media analytics
• Ability to coordinate with designers and content writers
• Organized and able to manage content schedules
• Previous experience managing a page or social media project is preferred
