Junior SEO Executive

Nextevolvion is a growing software startup building digital products and growing its in-house team. We are looking for a Junior SEO Executive who already understands SEO fundamentals and wants to gain practical experience working on real projects. This is not an internship or a zero-experience role. You should already understand the basics of SEO and ideally have worked on a website, freelance project, personal project, internship, or other practical SEO work. You will work closely with the SEO Manager, content writers, developers, and other relevant team members. Your role will focus on SEO and search-related work, with a clear scope and responsibilities. As you gain experience and demonstrate ownership, you will have opportunities to take on larger projects and grow into an SEO Executive or more senior role.

• Conduct keyword and competitor research
• Assist with on-page SEO implementation
• Research search intent and content opportunities
• Monitor assigned SEO activities and website performance
• Identify and report SEO issues
• Coordinate with content writers on SEO requirements
• Coordinate with developers when required
• Prepare progress reports and maintain documentation
• Stay updated with relevant SEO and search industry changes
• Complete assigned SEO tasks according to priorities set by the SEO Manager

• Understanding of SEO fundamentals
• Knowledge of keyword research and search intent
• Basic understanding of on-page SEO
• Basic understanding of crawling, indexing, and ranking
• Familiarity with Google Search Console
• Basic knowledge of technical SEO concepts
• Ability to conduct competitor and industry research
• Ability to use Google Sheets, Google Docs, or Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with SEO tools is beneficial
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Previous practical SEO work, projects, freelance work, or internships are preferred
